The apartment is on the mansard roof of a lovely duplex house in quiet Villaggio Serena, right by the lake. It’s perfect for families, couples, bikers, and anyone who loves nature and peaceful surroundings.

🛏 Inside the house:

• 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds
• Living room with sofa
• Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, gas stove

🛁 The bathroom has a shower and wall mounted hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are included, so no need to overpack!


🍽 Living area:
The bright living room is ideal for slow breakfasts, family games or relaxing evenings with (or without) the TV on.

🚗 Parking:
• 1 reserved outdoor parking spot
• 1 covered space available on request (subject to availability)

🌡 Heating (low season):
Runs on LPG and is charged as a small flat-rate fee of 15€ per day.

🐶 Pets are welcome on request, with a €20 extra per stay — because they deserve a holiday too.
