Welcome to Ca’ del Bepi 🏡 — your peaceful, no-frills getaway in the heart of Villaggio Serena, a quiet complex of semi-detached villas surrounded by greenery, just steps from beautiful Lake Ledro.

The apartment on the first floor is part of a duplex house and is laid out over two split levels, with just a few steps separating the living area from the sleeping area — no steep stairs, just cozy and comfortable spaces.

On the main level you’ll find:
• a bright and airy living room 🌞 with a sofa bed and dining area
• a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and 4 gas burners

Just a few steps up and you're in the sleeping area:
• 1 double bedroom
• 1 room with 2 single beds

🛁 The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are included, so no need to overpack!
‼️Pay attention: there is no bidet‼️

🐶 Pets are welcome on request, with a €20 extra per stay — because they deserve a holiday too.
