This studio apartment on the sixth floor of Residenza Conca d'Oro, located in the beautiful resort of Fondo Grande (1300m) in Folgaria, is the meeting point for mountain lovers looking for relaxation, nature and fun. Small but functional, Fiorracino offers everything you need for your vacation, both in winter and summer.

🛋️ THE UNIQUE SPACE is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. If there are 3 of you, a single crib can be added for maximum comfort.

🍽️ KITCHEN CORNER equipped with a small refrigerator and freezer compartment, includes 2 hotplates, a microwave oven, to prepare quick meals to be enjoyed at the folding dining table, perfect for optimizing space.

🚿 The BATHROOM with shower stall is equipped with a HAIR DRYER but there is NO BIDET.

Also, in the residence you will find a laundry room with a coin-operated WASHER and DRYER, so you can travel light and have everything at your fingertips.

🎲📚 The Conca d'Oro Residence offers common areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. Take advantage of the reading room or the game room with ping pong and foosball, perfect for challenges with family or friends.

In winter, a SKI DEPOSIT with personal locker keeps all your equipment safe.
