You're in Panchià, in Val di Fiemme, a perfect spot to set off every day to discover the woods, the trails, the mountain pastures... or for a quieter day in the sun.

- 2 double bedrooms, cozy and full of light
- A bathroom with shower stall, washing machine and hair dryer
- A modern kitchen with everything you need: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher - Living room with dining area, sofas, TV and a large window with a view
- A small balcony in front of the house with sunbed: ideal for reading, sunbathing, or relaxing after a walk

📏 The apartment is on the ground floor, with a few steps to get there, and has about 90 sq. m. inside: enough space for 4 people, without ever stepping on each other's toes.

🛏️ Bed and bath linen NOT included, available upon request at an additional charge of €14 per person per stay.

🚗 Private parking at the back of the complex: NOT reserved, but always available.

🐾 Pets are welcome, with a small extra charge: 30€ per stay.
