Here you are in Moncion (or Monzón, as we call it), a small village above Pera di Fassa, quiet and sun-kissed. The house? An old hayloft completely renovated with love by the owner's father and tastefully furnished by her. On three floors, overlooking the Aloch slope—yes, the one for night skiing ✨—and the peaks that seem within reach.

The apartment is on three levels:

Ground floor: living room and veranda with a picture-postcard view of Pera

Floor -1: double bedroom, spa area, laundry room

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (one double with balcony and one twin), bathroom

You can set off on foot for Gardeccia or other unforgettable trails. Everything else is just a 10-minute drive away: mountain huts, horse riding, swimming pools, ice skating, ski lifts.
